  Big Bob's Carpet

  Very Unprofessional and inappropriate Installer

  “The sales manager was Jason and he was great! I have bought flooring from Big Bobs in Covington numerous times and never dealt with someone so inappropriate in my life until carpet installer Steve Stanton! The other workers did most of the job and Steve told me that when it comes to big jobs that he is just there to supervise and the only thing Steve was supervising was my behind and my chest! He would ask me inappropriate questions and made me very uncomfortable. For example he asked me why a attractive lady like you single? First of all it's none of his business! Then he proceeded to tell me how much money he makes (his six figure income just supervising) and he use to be a MMa fighter of some sort. As a female in her own home he made me very uncomfortable. For example I dropped a pen on the floor and he said could I do that again but this time turn in his direction so he could check out my behind. I tried my hardest not to be rude and I did not provoke him in anyway. The reason I didn't throw him out and call his manager because he does have a family and I spent a lot of money for my flooring and I wanted to make sure the job was finished! But what drew the line for me when he was leaving he said to call him if I wanted to ever see his skills in play! I have never felt so uncomfortable and so relieved for him to be gone! Whatever you do don't ever use him as an installer. He did mention to me that he does all the big jobs at Big Bobs because he is the best installer Big Bobs has. Coming from me take a chance on a different installer. I promise you this if he ever shows up at my house again I will call the police for harassment! ”
