Wards Discount Carpet & Vinyl Bob Ward lied to me and ripped me off “Bob Ward told me that if I removed the carpet myself and put it outside that his installer would take it away. The installer refused to take it unless I paid more money. I had already paid for the job in full. The installer was a two man crew, a slimy looking man and his son. It was a poor job. I was stepping on tacks for days. There was debris all over the carpet. My vacuum picked up nails. After the job was over I saw the installer take away the remnants. He refused to give me the remnants, claiming that there was just enough carpet to do the job. Bull crap! No one estimates the exact amount for a job. This installer ripped me off coming and going. Bonb Lard promised a 10% discount on the internet. I never received a discount. BOb Lard also promised an upgrade on the padding. The padding that was installed was the thinnest and cheapest kind. It was an upgrade from masking tape? Ward lied to me. Bob Ward ripped me off. Stay away from this business. Oh, yeah. his son was a complete rude jerk to my wife and I when we went to their warehouse to pick out our carpet.\n”
